About Modus Projects
Modus Projects supplies sanitaryware, tiles, kitchens and flooring for large-scale renovation, transformation and new-build developments. The company works with property developers, main contractors and construction firms, coordinating design, procurement and delivery through one point of contact.
The challenge
The website needed to communicate that combination of design expertise and project coordination in a clear, distinctive digital presence. Visitors needed to understand the offer, explore completed projects and find a straightforward way to discuss their own development.
Our approach
We helped Modus Projects with its branding, colours and supporting brand materials, then designed and built the website in Webflow.
Large imagery, a restrained colour palette and custom GSAP animations bring the brand and its work to life. The website introduces the four product categories, explains the company’s approach and showcases its property projects, with clear calls to action throughout.
