B2B websites, Webflow development, migrations, SEO, AEO/GEO, branding
B2B teams needing an in-house Webflow team for strategy, migration, development and post-launch support.

Compare 5 agencies with documented Wix-to-Webflow migration experience, including real projects, locations, capabilities and selection advice.
Moving an established website from Wix to Webflow is more than a visual rebuild. A reliable migration partner needs to understand the existing content model, URLs, metadata, forms and integrations, then rebuild or replace Wix-specific functionality without introducing avoidable launch problems.
We researched agencies globally and only included firms for which we found both a current Webflow service and specific evidence of Wix-to-Webflow work. The five agencies below have documented a named migration project, a client review describing the migration, or comparably specific first-party evidence.

B2B websites, Webflow development, migrations, SEO, AEO/GEO, branding
B2B teams needing an in-house Webflow team for strategy, migration, development and post-launch support.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
Creative Corner Studio ranks first because its SmartrBID case study provides unusually specific Wix-to-Webflow evidence. The project included a member portal, custom dashboards and automation, demonstrating experience beyond a simple brochure-site rebuild. Its broader Webflow offering also covers strategy, development, migration and ongoing support. We found stronger evidence here for complex Wix functionality than for the other agencies reviewed.

Webflow development, migrations, CMS, integrations, low-code/no-code, SEO
US businesses needing a Webflow migration partner for CMS, integrations and custom functionality.
Location: Seattle, WA, United States.
Seattle New Media has both a named Bonfire Labs Wix-to-Webflow case study and a separate Clutch client review describing a Wix-to-Webflow rebuild. Its current Webflow service explicitly covers migrations, CMS work, integrations, QA and post-launch availability, giving it one of the broadest source-supported migration capability sets in this list.

Webflow design and development, CMS, website migrations, HubSpot integrations, branding
Startups and SaaS teams seeking a small Webflow studio for migration, redesign, CMS and marketing integrations.
Location: New Delhi, India.
Skylar Studio documents HorizonX as an 18-page Wix-to-Webflow migration completed with a CMS and HubSpot integration. Its services also explicitly cover migrations from Wix and other platforms plus ongoing support. It ranks below the first two because less public evidence was available for areas such as redirects and technical migration QA.

B2B SaaS websites, Webflow development, messaging, conversion-focused design, website relaunches
B2B SaaS and AI companies that want migration combined with positioning, messaging and a Webflow rebuild.
Location: Bad Kreuznach, Germany.
path digital documents Kickscale as a Wix-to-Webflow move and has a current Webflow Enterprise Partner service focused on B2B SaaS websites. Its public process supports CMS structure, reusable components and handover. It is particularly relevant when the migration is also a positioning or messaging project, although the public Wix-specific technical evidence is less detailed than the agencies ranked above.

Webflow websites, Shopify, web design, development, SEO, ongoing website care
UK businesses that prefer a small senior team for Webflow builds, migration and ongoing website support.
Location: Brigg, United Kingdom.
Webcetera qualifies through its Approved Technology case study, which states that the client moved from Wix to Webflow in 2021. The agency continues to specialize in Webflow and offers ongoing website care. It ranks fifth because the case study establishes real migration experience but provides less detail on migration mechanics such as content mapping, redirects, integrations and launch QA.
We first required evidence of an active Webflow development or migration service. We then required specific Wix-to-Webflow evidence: a named project, a client review, or a detailed first-party project description. Generic migration landing pages and Webflow partner badges were not sufficient on their own.
Ranking order reflects the strength and specificity of Wix migration evidence, the breadth of migration-relevant capabilities established by sources, and the clarity of post-launch or handover support. We looked for evidence around CMS/content mapping, redirects and SEO settings, forms and integrations, Wix-specific functionality, QA, handover and post-launch support. We did not assume a capability where sources did not establish it. Scores are intentionally left empty.
A good migration proposal should describe what happens to your existing URLs, CMS content, metadata, forms, integrations and any Wix-only functionality. Ask the agency to identify what can be migrated directly, what needs to be rebuilt and what needs a replacement tool.
For content-heavy sites, request a content inventory and a mapping from Wix content types to Webflow CMS Collections. For SEO-sensitive migrations, request an old-to-new URL map and a redirect plan. A migration can reduce risk, but no agency can guarantee that rankings or traffic will be preserved.
Wix and Webflow have different ecosystems. Features such as bookings, members, ecommerce workflows or app-based functionality may require a new Webflow-compatible service, an integration or custom development. The agency should explain these dependencies before the build starts, not during launch week.
At minimum, agree on checks for responsive layouts, forms, integrations, CMS templates, metadata, canonical settings where relevant, redirects, analytics and conversion tracking. For larger sites, it is also sensible to crawl the old and new sites and compare important URLs before launch.
Usually not as a one-click transfer. Content and structured data may be exported or mapped, but the Webflow site itself generally needs to be rebuilt and Wix-specific features may need alternatives.
Prioritize agencies that can show specific Wix-to-Webflow work similar to your site. Then compare their approach to content mapping, redirects, forms, integrations, QA, handover and post-launch monitoring.
No agency can guarantee that. Careful URL mapping, redirects, metadata migration, technical QA and post-launch monitoring can reduce migration risk, but search performance can still change.
It depends on the goal. A like-for-like rebuild can reduce scope, while a redesign can address positioning, UX and conversion issues at the same time. Combining both also adds decisions and QA, so the scope should be explicit.
They need to be assessed individually. Some workflows can be rebuilt with Webflow forms or third-party tools; others require integrations or custom development. Ask the agency to document the replacement architecture before migration begins.
