Overflow builds your website in Webflow and connects it to Klaviyo, so every signup lands in the right list with consent recorded. Book a call. Official Webflow Certified Partner.
You added the Klaviyo snippet. The form shows on one page and not the next. Or it shows up, people sign up, and no profiles arrive. The welcome flow never fires. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. It's one of the most repeated complaints in Klaviyo Community threads like "Embed forms not displaying correctly on Webflow" and "Webflow/Klaviyo signup form integration", and in the r/webflow threads that rank for this search.
Here's the direct answer on a Webflow Klaviyo integration. Klaviyo publishes no official Webflow app, and Klaviyo's developer docs list Webflow as a platform without a pre-built integration. Webflow's own Klaviyo integration guide confirms it. So every setup is a choice between snippets, a connector app, an automation platform or the API.
Klaviyo is great at lists, segments and flows. Webflow is great at the website. The connection between them needs engineering, not a pasted snippet. That's what we build: a Webflow Klaviyo integration that's mapped, consent-aware and documented.
- Grow your list from every page without waiting for a developer.
- Send every signup into Klaviyo with the right list, properties and consent.
- Own a setup your marketing team can change after handover.
Let's talk, or see how we approach Webflow integrations.
Why Webflow and Klaviyo need a deliberate connection
The old way: paste the Klaviyo snippet, follow a tutorial, hope the flow fires. Find out weeks later that half the signups never arrived.
The Overflow way: each form gets a mapped destination, consent rules and a fallback. All of it documented.
Webflow forms collect submissions, but nothing built into Webflow segments subscribers or automates follow-up. Klaviyo covers that marketing layer. The catch: Klaviyo adds its onsite tracking automatically on native integrations like Shopify and WooCommerce. Webflow has no native integration, so every Webflow setup starts with a manual snippet or a connector app, as Webflow's Klaviyo guide explains.
That makes this a build decision, not an app install.
Who this is for
B2B marketing leads and founders who run their email program in Klaviyo and want their website in Webflow. Or who already have a Webflow site where the Klaviyo setup is unreliable. Typical uses on a marketing site:
- Newsletter signups
- Gated content downloads
- Event and webinar registrations
- Waitlists and pre-launch pages
- SMS opt-ins, where relevant
The trigger is usually a rebrand, a new product or market launch, a migration off WordPress, or a list that stopped growing after the last redesign.
Where it needs a plan
We build B2B marketing websites, not online stores. Webflow Ecommerce flows like abandoned cart, order events and back-in-stock alerts are outside what we build. If that's your main use, we're not the right fit.
Webflow's guide describes Klaviyo as a B2C CRM and marketing automation platform. If sales needs lead routing, deal stages and handoff, that usually belongs in a CRM. For those teams we connect Webflow to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Klaviyo can sit alongside one: marketing runs the newsletter, sales works the pipeline.
Is there an official Klaviyo app for Webflow?
No. Klaviyo publishes no app in the Webflow Marketplace, as the FAQ on Webflow's Klaviyo integration page confirms.
The closest Marketplace option is ConnectMagic by Ristretto Apps. It carries an "Approved by Webflow" badge. Per Webflow, that badge means Webflow reviewed the app. It doesn't mean endorsement or certification.
ConnectMagic needs both your Klaviyo Public and Private API keys, plus a Webflow plan with Apps support. The sync runs one way, from Webflow to Klaviyo.
So the real question for your Webflow Klaviyo integration isn't "which app?". It's which method fits your forms, your consent needs and the person who maintains it after launch.
The five ways to connect Webflow and Klaviyo
Webflow documents five approaches in its Klaviyo integration guide, and most implementations combine two or more. Here's what each does, where it fits and where it stops.
Klaviyo.js and embedded Klaviyo forms
Klaviyo.js goes in the site's head code. It powers both forms and onsite tracking, so it's installed first. Embedded forms need two snippets: Klaviyo.js plus the form's embed code in a Code Embed element. Popup, flyout and full-page forms need only Klaviyo.js and publish straight from Klaviyo's form builder.
- Best for: teams that want marketing to edit forms in Klaviyo without republishing Webflow.
- Limits: head and body code needs a paid Webflow Site plan or paid Workspace plan, per Webflow's guide at the time of writing (check current plans on Webflow's pricing page). Need the same form in several spots? Webflow advises a separate Klaviyo form for each placement. Embedded forms can't be opened from a button click; use a popup or flyout for that.
More on custom code in Webflow.
A native Webflow form pointed at Klaviyo
This keeps your Webflow form design. The form action points at Klaviyo's subscribe endpoint, with the list ID as a hidden field.
The trade-off most tutorials skip: setting a custom action disables Webflow's own submission storage and email notifications for that form. And the legacy subscribe URL doesn't record consent status. Klaviyo's /client/subscriptions path does, as Webflow's Klaviyo guide points out.
- Best for: simple newsletter forms where design matters.
- Limits: no copy in Webflow, and consent needs the client endpoint.
More on Webflow forms.
The ConnectMagic app
Syncs native Webflow form submissions to Klaviyo profiles from the Apps panel, without code. It also tracks onsite activity. Its ecommerce features need a Webflow Ecommerce plan.
- Best for: native Webflow forms that should create Klaviyo profiles without custom code.
- Limits: one-way sync, one more third-party app to keep running, and it needs your private API key.
Zapier, Make or n8n
Zapier has prebuilt templates, including one that adds new Webflow form submissions to Klaviyo as subscribed profiles. Make has modules for both but no prebuilt template for the pair. n8n reaches Klaviyo through its HTTP Request node.
Worth knowing: Klaviyo calls its Zapier webhook path a workaround with limited support, and recommends using it with developer support. Webflow quotes this in its Klaviyo integration guide.
- Best for: signups that also need to reach a second tool, such as a CRM or a spreadsheet.
- Limits: cost per task, and one more system someone has to watch.
The Webflow and Klaviyo APIs
Full control over profiles, subscriptions and consent. A Webflow form_submission webhook feeds a small server-side handler that subscribes the profile in Klaviyo.
One security rule, stated plainly: never put a private Klaviyo API key in Webflow custom code. Klaviyo's /client endpoints are the exception, because they work with only the public key.
- Best for: multi-list consent logic, double opt-in handling or custom properties.
- Limits: development time and upkeep.
See how we approach Webflow integrations.
What about the Klaviyo and Webflow MCP servers?
Useful for running and inspecting your programs from an AI client like Claude or Cursor. But per Webflow's guide, MCP doesn't move form data between the two on its own. You still need one of the methods above. More on Webflow MCP.
Which method fits your setup?
Our rule for a Webflow Klaviyo integration is the same as for every integration: use the least complex method that meets the requirements. Here's how that plays out.
- Marketing edits forms weekly in Klaviyo: Klaviyo embeds or popups.
- Short forms where design matters: a native Webflow form, with consent recorded through the client endpoint.
- Signups also need to reach a CRM: an automation layer with a named owner, or the API.
- Separate email and SMS lists, each with its own consent: the API or the client endpoint.
We choose during strategy, based on your forms, lists, consent needs and who maintains the setup after launch. Not on habit.
What you get when Overflow connects Webflow and Klaviyo
You don't get "a snippet pasted in". You get a connection that's mapped, tested and documented, so your team knows where every signup goes.
Map every form to a list and a flow
Each form gets five things written down: the event it stands for (newsletter, download, event, waitlist), the Klaviyo list, the profile properties it fills, the flow it should trigger and the owner of the follow-up. It's the same rule we use for any integration: map the trigger, fields, permissions, destination, failure handling and owner before building anything.
Match fields to Klaviyo's profile attributes
Field names match Klaviyo's standard attributes, such as email, first_name and last_name. Fields that don't match become custom properties, as Javin Towers' guide to integrating Webflow forms with Klaviyo points out. That's fine when it's planned and messy when it isn't. We decide which custom properties exist before we build.
Record consent the way Klaviyo expects
Email and SMS get separate, explicit consent. Klaviyo's guidance, as summarised in Webflow's Klaviyo guide: clear disclosure at the point of capture, and consent set to subscribed only on an explicit visitor action.
Why it matters: Klaviyo's Add Profiles to List endpoint doesn't change consent, and profiles without explicit consent never receive marketing. A list that grows but can't be emailed is the hidden failure.
We decide double or single opt-in per list, and set up cookie consent for Klaviyo.js tracking as part of the build. We don't give legal advice: for GDPR specifics, check with your own advisor.
Keep keys safe and plan for failures
Only the public key goes in the browser. Private keys live server-side or in the connector, never in Webflow custom code.
Most setups only plan the happy path. We decide upfront where a backup record lives when a submission doesn't reach Klaviyo, who gets notified and who checks it. With a custom form action, Webflow stores no copy, so the safety net has to be agreed in the plan.
Pass source data for reporting
Hidden fields pass the page, form name and UTM data into Klaviyo properties. Marketing sees which pages and campaigns grow the list. We only promise the attribution your chosen method supports.
Reuse one signup component across CMS templates
Resources, events and blog posts usually live in CMS collections. We build one reusable signup component into the CMS template, with hidden fields carrying page context. One component, every page, correct data.
Test on the live site and hand it over
We test submissions from the published site. We confirm each profile lands in the right list with the right consent status, and that the flow triggers. Then we clear the test profiles.
Handover includes documentation, live training and video walkthroughs, so marketing can add or change forms without a developer. Ownership, not dependency.
What usually breaks, and how we prevent it
- Form only renders once on the page. Duplicate Klaviyo.js scripts are a known cause, reported in the Klaviyo Community thread "Embed forms not displaying correctly on Webflow". We load one script, once, site-wide.
- Form doesn't show at all. It isn't set to Live, the display rules aren't all met, it's targeted to a list or segment so unidentified visitors can't see it, Webflow CSS with !important overrides it, or Klaviyo.js loads after the embed code. These causes come from Klaviyo's troubleshooting guide, as listed in the FAQ of Webflow's Klaviyo guide.
- Form submits, but no profiles arrive and flows never start. A recurring complaint in the Klaviyo Community thread "Webflow/Klaviyo signup form integration". Usually a wrong list ID, an endpoint mismatch or field names that don't match. We test for it before launch.
- Profiles arrive but can't be emailed. Consent was never recorded. We subscribe through an endpoint that records it.
- Same form reused in several spots. We create a separate Klaviyo form per placement, as Webflow advises.
- Every CMS page reports as the same form. No page context. Hidden fields fix it.
Moving to Webflow without losing your list or your rankings
The worry we hear most: what if signups stop the week we launch? Or rankings drop?
Here's what we protect during a Webflow migration:
- URLs, mapped with 301 redirects.
- Metadata, schema and internal links, carried over.
- Every existing signup point, rebuilt and mapped to the same Klaviyo lists, so your flows keep firing.
Klaviyo itself stays untouched. Your lists, segments, flows and templates don't move. Only the website does.
Speed doesn't have to cost quality. Nedcargo moved from WordPress to Webflow in 4 weeks. Typical builds take six to eight weeks, and we agree the timeline after discovery, not before.

How we deliver your Webflow Klaviyo integration
The same six steps as every Overflow Webflow project, with Klaviyo built into each one.
- Strategy and discovery. We audit the current site, forms, Klaviyo lists, flows and consent setup, and write the data flow plan.
- Design system. Signup components and their states (default, error, success, already subscribed) designed in Figma.
- Webflow development. CMS, components and the Klaviyo connection, using the method chosen in strategy.
- Content migration. Content, redirects and technical SEO, with SEO and AI Search built in.
- Quality assurance. Live test submissions, list and consent checks, flow triggers and performance.
- Handover to marketing. Documentation, training and support.
Cost and timing are agreed upfront. Communication is fast. Or, as one client put it: "they keep their promises."
Proof from B2B teams we've built for
We don't have a published Klaviyo case to show you here yet. When we do, it will show the forms and the connection method, the consent and failure-handling decisions we made, and what was measured over a stated period. Until then, here's how we build and migrate B2B websites in Webflow, and what they deliver.
- Boekhouden voor Beginners: 100 email sign-ups in the first two months, alongside 589% growth in estimated organic traffic.
- Nedcargo: migrated from WordPress to Webflow in 4 weeks, with 98+ Lighthouse performance.
- BlinkLab: 7 weeks from strategy to launch, after its $17.5M raise.
- Aumatics: 300%+ marketing ROI and 8+ new high-ticket clients.
"Communication was always smooth and fast, the quality of their work was excellent." Marketing Manager, Informer Group
"Communication is excellent, and they keep their promises, something we cannot always say about other online marketing agencies." Quinten van der Kraaij

What does a Webflow Klaviyo integration cost?
We don't publish a price list, because no two setups are the same. We scope it properly and agree a fixed scope and price before we start.
What drives the scope:
- Forms and templates: how many forms, and how many CMS templates they live in.
- Method: an embed is lighter than native mapping with consent, and both are lighter than an API handler.
- Context: a standalone connection on an existing Webflow site, or part of a full build or migration.
- Consent: email only, or email plus SMS with separate consent.
- Languages and markets: forms across multiple locales with Webflow localization.
How those factors change the scope
To show how far apart two setups can be, picture both ends:
- Lighter: an existing Webflow site, Klaviyo.js installed once, a popup and one embedded newsletter form, email consent only, one language.
- Heavier: part of a WordPress to Webflow migration, one signup component across several CMS templates, native forms posting through the client subscriptions endpoint, separate email and SMS consent, an API handler with a backup record and alerts, and forms in more than one locale.
Most setups sit somewhere in between. On a first call, we can tell you which factors apply to yours before we write a fixed quote.
Third-party costs you own
- A paid Webflow Site or Workspace plan, needed for head code such as Klaviyo.js. Check current plans on Webflow's pricing page.
- Your Klaviyo plan. At the time of writing, Klaviyo's free plan covers up to 250 active profiles and 500 email sends a month, per Klaviyo's pricing page and its Help Center article on how free and paid plans differ. Above that, the account can't send until you upgrade or the next billing cycle starts. Paid plans scale with active profiles; check current prices on Klaviyo's pricing page.
- Optional: ConnectMagic, Zapier or Make fees, if that method is chosen.
Fixed scope, cost and timing agreed upfront. No funnies, no surprises. Let's talk about your setup.
Webflow Klaviyo integration FAQ
Does Klaviyo have an official Webflow app?
No. Klaviyo publishes no Webflow Marketplace app. ConnectMagic is the closest third-party option, and Klaviyo embeds and the APIs cover the rest.
Do I need Zapier or Make to connect Webflow and Klaviyo?
No. Klaviyo embeds and Klaviyo.js connect directly through a Code Embed element. Middleware makes sense when signups must reach more than one tool or need branching logic.
Can I keep my own Webflow form design?
Yes. A native Webflow form can post to Klaviyo. Webflow then stores no copy of the submission, and consent is only recorded through Klaviyo's client subscriptions endpoint.
Why isn't my Klaviyo form showing on my Webflow site?
Usually the form isn't Live, its display rules aren't all met, or it's targeted to a segment. Other causes: Webflow CSS overrides it, or Klaviyo.js loads after the embed code or loads twice.
Why are my Webflow signups not reaching Klaviyo?
Usually a wrong list ID, an endpoint mismatch or field names that don't match. We test every form on the live site before launch.
How do I handle email and SMS consent?
Collect separate, explicit consent for each channel and subscribe through an endpoint that records it. For the legal side, check with your own advisor.
Can I trigger a Klaviyo popup from a Webflow button?
Yes, with a short script that opens the form by its ID. It works for popup, flyout and full-page forms. Embedded forms can't be opened by a click.
Is the Webflow Klaviyo sync two-way?
Not by default. Connectors sync from Webflow to Klaviyo. Writing Klaviyo data back into Webflow CMS items needs an automation platform or the API.
Should we use Klaviyo or HubSpot for a B2B website?
It depends on who owns the follow-up. If marketing runs newsletters and nurture, Klaviyo can do it. If sales needs lead routing and deal stages, a CRM usually leads: see our Webflow HubSpot integration and Webflow Salesforce integration.
Do you build Webflow Ecommerce flows like abandoned cart?
No. We build B2B marketing websites, so our Klaviyo work focuses on list growth, consent and lifecycle signups, not store order events.
Ready to grow your list from a website marketing owns?
Your website shouldn't be the reason signups go missing. Keep Klaviyo for your lists and flows. Move the website to Webflow, where marketing builds and publishes on its own. We engineer the connection so every signup lands complete and consented.
Let's talk. Book a call and we'll map your forms, lists and consent setup together.
